On March 20th, the 3rd Member Congress of the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance & Corporate Carbon Neutrality Seminar was held at Sheraton Hotel in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Prof. Luan Yucheng, Chairman of our company, was invited to attend the event, and our company was selected as a new member unit of the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance. Hosted by Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange and the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance, the seminar gathered government agencies, industry experts, and senior executives of enterprises that have achieved remarkable results in the "dual carbon" field. With the theme "Accelerate the Development of New Quality Productive Forces and Promote the Green and Low-Carbon Transition of Industries", the event aims to support the green and healthy development of enterprises.

The Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance is an exchange platform built by the National Carbon Market Capacity Building (Shanghai) Center. Specifically initiated by the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, it is jointly composed of leading enterprises in various industries, various market entities serving carbon neutrality initiatives, and professional institutions, with the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange responsible for its daily operation. Adhering to the tenet of "Advocating voluntary actions, promoting joint participation, and realizing the 'dual carbon' goals at an early date", the Alliance will rely on the national carbon market to actively promote the standardization of carbon neutrality standards and strive to build a comprehensive platform serving carbon neutrality needs.
