·The TS-DM750 series nanoporous rolling material is a flexible thermal insulation product fabricated by compounding nano-mesoporous silica with inorganic fiber materials via a proprietary composite process.

·Product description

The TS-DM750 series nanoporous coil is a flexible thermal insulation material composed of nano-mesoporous silica and inorganic fiber materials through a special composite process. Among its components, nano-mesoporous silica features a unique nano-scale three-dimensional porous structure with a high specific surface area and large porosity. The resulting nanoporous insulation material exhibits excellent properties including low thermal conductivity, low density, overall hydrophobicity, high-temperature stability, fire resistance and flame retardancy (Class A1), as well as sound insulation and noise reduction. It is safe, energy-efficient, green and environmentally friendly.

Thermal Conductivity at 500℃ (Average): ≤0.089 W/(m·K)

Maximum Service Temperature: 650℃

Water Resistance: Overall Hydrophobic (Hydrophobicity Rate ≥98%)

Fire Rating: Class A1 (Non-Combustible)

Density: 210 kg/m³ (±8.5%)

Packaging: 1m × 20m (Coil)
