On July 4th, the "Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance City Tour" was successfully held in Ordos. As representatives of the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance, more than 20 enterprises and institutions, including Prof. Luan Yucheng, Chairman of our company, Geng Hong, Chairman of Shanghai South-South International Trade Promotion Center Co., Ltd., Liu Jie, General Manager of Shanghai Energy Exchange Co., Ltd., Peng Feng, Secretary-General of the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance, and Tan Li, Deputy Director of the Green and Low-Carbon Research Center of Shanghai Branch, China Academy of Urban Planning & Design, were invited to participate in the event and deliver keynote speeches.

This City Tour event was co-hosted by the Development and Reform Commission of Ordos and the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance, and organized by Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange Co., Ltd. It aimed to accelerate the green and low-carbon transition and promote sustainable economic development. The event consisted of two sessions: visits and exchanges & sharing. Leaders from multiple government departments and commissions, including the Ordos Development and Reform Commission, Bureau of Energy, and Bureau of Commerce, attended the event.

During the visit session, the participating representatives first inspected the initiatives of the Ordos Zero-Carbon Industrial Park (Envision Ordos Modern Energy Equipment; LONGi Green Energy Photovoltaic Equipment; Huajing Cathode Material Project) in practicing the "corporate carbon neutrality pathway" and shared their practical experience in energy conservation and emission reduction. Subsequently, the delegation of participating representatives visited the Tianjiao Green Energy 500MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Demonstration Project for Ecological Restoration of Coal Mining Subsidence Areas, where representatives from various enterprises delivered exchange speeches focusing on the project.

In the exchange session, Prof. Luan Yucheng, Chairman of our company, delivered a technical speech as a representative of the alliance members. He stated that the application and iteration of technologies such as energy reuse and thermal insulation materials have boosted the market-oriented benefits of technological transformation of green project achievements, and are one of the important forms to support the realization of the country's major strategic goals. Applying advanced technologies suitable for local conditions in pilot parks and forming a synergy among the government, market, and society will jointly promote sustainable development. Prof. Luan's speech was highly recognized by the participating representatives.

In the future, the Carbon Neutrality Action Alliance will take the City Tour series events as an opportunity, anchor the "dual carbon" development goals, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces, and further provide more support and service guarantees for alliance enterprises through practical innovation, institutional innovation, and service innovation. Our company will work with the alliance to build an efficient docking platform, injecting new momentum into creating a broader cooperative carbon reduction ecosystem and promoting the green development of society.
